Two of our long-serving sub-editors of the Essex Bird Report have recently retired and we are looking for volunteers to fill the vacant positions as soon as possible (a sub-editor is the author of a section of the Systematic List in the Report)

The SEMI-FINALS of the EBwS Spring Bird Photography Competition have started and we'd really appreciate it if you could take the time to vote for your favourite photos. Voting closes at 8pm on Monday 23rd May.
