(South), Chinese Muntjac, 2 Sparrowhawk, 2 Chiffchaff, Yellow-browed Warbler (John Weston Reserve, south-east boundary ), 10 Siskin, Fieldfare, 16 Little Egret (Together on Stone Point Lagoon), 2 Marsh Harrier, 2 Buzzard, Short-eared Owl (John Weston Reserve, probably freshly arrived)

Also 12+ Porpoise Paul Brayshaw 87 Wigeon (84S 3N), 4 Red-breasted Merganser, 597 Goldfinch, 354 Chaffinch, 5 Redwing, 19 Redpoll sp., 409 Skylark, 3690 Dark-bellied Brent Goose (3674S 16N - passage generally distant, coming in from SE), 146 Siskin, 37 Brambling, 38 Blackbird, 3 Chiffchaff, 13 Red-throated Diver (12S 1N), 3 Short-eared Owl (single in off @ 0942, 0951, 1452), 42 Mediterranean Gull (another heavy passage for here), Sandwich Tern, Arctic Skua (N @ 0953), 15 Gannet (N), 6 Great White Egret (south and out to sea @ 1027 - possibly came out from Hamford Water or Stour/Orwell), 33 Goldcrest (first birds noted here this October - marked influx, count from a limited area as more focus on the sea and diurnal passage), Yellow-browed Warbler (first heard calling in undercliff sycamores @ 1100, watched feeding, then flew into Esplande front gardens and inland @ 1124. Presumed a fresh arrival), 3 Eider (Pair south plus a female offshore), Great Skua (N @ 1316)
