Wrabness 09:30 to 10:15, Changeable with variable cloud cover and wind. Tide low.
1 Peregrine Falcon (Juvenile, probably female, hunting along shore just upriver of Wrabness reserve. Attacked Black-headed Gull, but gave up easily. Continued hunting, flying very low and may have taken prey because it went out of sight behind bank and did not reappear.) 1 Lesser Whitethroat (Singing, reserve) 1 Turtle Dove (Purring, reserve (did not check out most of reserve).) 4 Yellowhammer (Singing, reserve and woodland burial ground area. ) 12 Lapwing (Small, tight party) [Simon Banks]
